Cookie Policy
What storage this website uses, by category, and how to control the optional categories.
Document in preparation
The structure is published for transparency. Clauses marked “pending approval” will be drafted and validated by qualified legal advisers before carrying legal weight. The existence of technical components is not a declaration of compliance with any regime.

Categories
We organise storage into four categories. Only the essential category operates without consent, where legally permissible.
- Essential — language preference and the consent decision itself. The site cannot work correctly without it.
- Analytics — aggregate usage measurement. Not implemented; stays off until consent is given and a tool is chosen.
- Marketing — no advertising network installed. The category is kept in the architecture and is off by default.
- External content — meeting scheduling and video may set their own cookies when opened.
How to control it
You can accept or refuse the optional categories in the notice shown on your first visit, and change your decision at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Refusing is as easy as accepting: both options carry equal weight, nothing is pre-ticked, and we do not nag.
You can also clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Preferences then return to their initial state.
Legal text pending approval
The detailed legal description of each cookie, its duration and basis in each jurisdiction will be published after review.
