Classification by category
No non-essential category is pre-enabled. Anything not implemented is disclosed as such.

Requests
How a request is handled
Submitting a form does not automatically grant a request. Each request is assessed, including whether the right invoked applies in your jurisdiction.
01Received
The request has entered the handling queue.
02Identity verification required
We must confirm the request comes from the data subject before any disclosure or deletion.
03Under review
Identity confirmed. The request is being assessed, including whether the right invoked applies.
04Completed
Handling finished and a response sent.
05Rejected with reason
Refused, with the reason communicated to the requester.
Identity verification
We confirm the request comes from the data subject through the email address given, using a single-use link. We do not ask for identity documents by default. No data is disclosed or deleted before that confirmation.
Response deadline
The applicable window depends on the jurisdiction and will be published after legal validation:

Retention
Retention rules
The rules exist and are configurable. The periods are not invented: each stays a placeholder until approved by legal advisers. Nothing is deleted automatically on the basis of an assumed period.
