Any engagement is governed by its own proposal and contract, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality and responsibilities. Use of the website creates no contractual relationship.

Intellectual property

The KMA name, logo, visual identity, methodologies and published content belong to KMA Strategic Advisory and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Future accounts

Once Knowledge Platform client accounts exist, specific terms will apply on use, acceptance, suspension and termination.
